1) If I buy product from you is there a warranty?
Yes, all new products purchased from me come with a one year Manufacturer's limited warranty for defected products. Product warranties are subject to a RMA request and ultimate approval or dismissal by the manufacturer and may take up to 7-10 days to complete. All return shipments for warranty must be evaluated by myself and accompanied with the Manufacturer's RMA number and information.
2) Does your installation come with a warranty?
Yes, installations performed by myself or staff comes with a one year limited warranty for defects of the workmanship only. I will reserve the right to view, fix and deny any work that has been modified or altered in any way.
3) Do you offer refunds on products or services?
Sorry, I am not able to due to the nature of supply and demand of the car electronics industry.
4) Do you price match stereos from online sources?
Our pricing is set by the manufacturers that we support. Always purchase products from an authorized dealer. We purchase from authorized warehouses owned and operated by the manufacturers we support. I do not purchase refurbished inventory to resale to my clients.
5) Do you accept credit cards for payment of services and products at this time?
In order to keep operating costs at a minimum, we currently accept cash, money orders and local NC based checks.
6) Would I need to send a deposit for a special orders?
Yes, we require at least a 50% deposit on all special orders on any non stocked items. Most special orders may take 3-5 days to receive.
7) Do you come to me to install my products and or services?
Yes, we will schedule you for a convenient time and date weather permitting to complete any and all installations.
Some installations in vehicles may require access within ten feet of at least 110 volt electrical outlet and shelter option for inclement weather is always appreciated.
8) My harness is cut. Can that be repaired easily?
Yes, I stock a variety of both factory and aftermarket harnesses for vehicles and can order any out of stock within 1-2 business days. Cut harnesses take longer to repair and require additional parts then none cut harnesses. Don't let anyone cut your factory harness!
